Xuan Mansion

Deer Lake is one of the most beautiful urban lakes located in central Burnaby forming part of the Deer Lake Park and home to a wide variety of flora and fauna with a number of walking trails.

Xuan Mansion is located on the steep hills immediately adjacent to the lake, taking advantage of sweeping views of the entire lake and park as well as North Shore Mountains. The main goal of our design team was to take full advantage of the stunning views, allowing for fully indoor and outdoor living activities in all seasons. Due to higher grades differences, the residence was designed in 4 levels, adding an internal elevator for convenience.

The design was in the French provincial style, also known as the Provence / French Country, delicately adapted to the more urban settings of Deer Lake, Burnaby.
