Daei Residence

Simple modern house located at prestigious Canyon Heights neighborhood in District of North Vancouver. BC. The house was organized on two levels + basement suite and parking garage with the lower floor cut into the sloping land.

The small lot and extensive site slope didn’t prevent achieving the client’s goal of creating contemporary and spacious looking open design with large amounts of glazing capturing the sweeping and unrestrained views of Downtown Vancouver and waterfront plus North Shore Mountains.
