Maywood Park

The fundamental design concept of this project with a total area of 45,000 sq ft is the integration of the building with the site and the adjacent Maywood Municipal Park, providing a natural flow between public spaces, semiprivate porches and patios, and private living areas. This multifamily development consists of 4 residential levels with 44 units (36 strata + 8 market rental) and 1 underground parking level with bicycle storage and utility / storage areas. The main access is off McKay Avenue, which is clearly identified by a large metal and glass canopy demarcating the location of the central lobby and the pedestrian link between McKay and Cassie Avenues. The underground parking is located off Cassie Avenue with the intent of minimizing traffic and interruptions to the sidewalk on McKay Avenue across from Maywood Park.
