Building addition, complete interior remodeling and refurnishing, major interior spaces alteration and conversion of existing Coastal Hotel to Four points by Sheraton.

The functioning program for the Hotel facilities included:

• 90 hotel guest rooms – 3 storeys over parking garage
• Main reception and service areas including retail and commercial facilities on main level
• Casual café bar plus outdoor Patio for the summer season.
• ABC restaurant – 60 seats
• Outdoor Pool Facility, hot tub, spa and wading pool.
• One level U/G parking loading and services
