Project Description

Master planning, Programing and design for a 19 acre  (210,000 sf) mixed use development complex at the prominent Hope Node, located at the intersection of Highway #1 and Old Hope Princeton Way in Township of Hope, BC.

The mixture of uses and tenants includes:

Lot 1

  • 70,000 sf – 100 rooms, 4 storey, Best Western Plus Hotel, 150 seat restaurant and 300 seat Convention Centre
  • Surface parking and loading as per district of Hope requirements

Lot 2

  • 100,000 sf 4 storey, senior housing, live in housing and amenities

Lot 3

  • 30,000 sf CRU single tenant
  • 20,000 sf CRU multiple tenants
  • 3,000 sf Pad restaurant
  • 3,000 sf gas stations and retail
  • 5,000 sf pad restaurant
  • Surface parking and loading as per district of Hope requirements
