MTU (Tenant Improvement)

MTU Maintenance Canada is the North American member of MTU Maintenance network of companies, the largest independent provider of commercial engine maintenance services worldwide. Based in Richmond, British Columbia, the company operates a shop in the immediate vicinity of Vancouver’s international airport where it repairs and overhauls engines and accessories and performs engine tests.

Various new buildings and Addition and alteration to existing MTU buildings which include:

MTU yard: New 40,000 sf storage + 8,000 sf office building
MTU main facility: Additions and alteration in existing for code and live safety compliance
MTU Engine Test Cell facility New change rooms, first aid and office
