• 70,000 sf – 100 rooms, 4 storey, Best Western Plus Hotel, 150 seats restaurant and 300 seats Convention Centre
• Surface parking and loading as per district of Hope requirements

Lot B

• 90,000 sf 4 storey, senior housing, live in housing and amenities
• 30,000 sf CRU single tenant
• 20,000 sf CRU multiple tenants
• 3,000 sf Pad restaurant
• Surface parking and loading as per district of Hope requirements
