Project Description

This project involved a complete interior remodeling and refurnishing as well as a small building addition. The interior space alteration led to the conversion of the existing Coastal Hotel to Four points by Sheraton.

The functioning program for the Hotel facilities included:

1. 89 hotel guest rooms – 3 storeys over parking garage
2. Main reception and service areas including Retail and commercial facilities on main level
3. Casual café bar plus outdoor Patio for the summer season.
4. ABC restaurant – 60 seats
5. Outdoor Pool Facility, hot tub, spa and wading pool.
6. One level U/G parking loading and services
