Anytime Fitness is a 24-hour health and fitness club. The company operates over 3,000 franchised locations in 20 countries. The gym facilities are open 24 hours a day, 365 days out of the year.
Based on the success of Anytime Fitness as franchise and owners’ great managements practices the original Jen & Nick Johnson franchise is expanding in all BC municipalities:

Our scope was Complete Interior space planning, design and construction managements for new anytime fitness facilities at all 3 locations.

Sustainable Design
- Energy preservation – reduced energy consumption based on:
– using high efficiency LED light features
– use of motion sensors for all lighting
– use of programmable thermostat timers
– use of dimmers in the lighting systems - Water preservation – reduced water consumption based on low flow plumbing fixtures
- low VOC materials
- high recycled content in all flooring and finishes
